Not what I expected, it is a hard plastic that I did not like and reinstalled the factory bushings.

Nice fit, look good, better pricing than competition, only gripe is that I got 2 replacement screws instead of a full set.

Solid bushings make a big difference and these are great. They tighten up the door gap and even stopped a rattle on the passenger side.
