Delrin Door Bushings

(5 reviews) Write a Review

This is bar none one of the most simple and effective modifications you can make to your roadster. Car manufacturers rely on the structure of the door to make up for the chassis strength on convertibles, these bushings are one of the key attachment points for this reinforcement. Replace your old worn rubber bushings with delrin door bushings.

Fits 1990-2016 Miata/MX-5

Each order comes with 2 door bushings and mounting hardware

Not what I expected, it is a hard plastic that I did not like and reinstalled the factory bushings.

Fab9 Response: Hey Brian, that "plastic" is Delrin, a self lubricating high impact material used as bushings in industrial applications for it's laundry list of beneficial properties.

Nice fit, look good, better pricing than competition, only gripe is that I got 2 replacement screws instead of a full set.

Solid bushings make a big difference and these are great. They tighten up the door gap and even stopped a rattle on the passenger side.

Great little upgrade! Helped make it feel more solid and secure the door gap.

Easy five minute install on my 2010 NC2. They look like the OEM bushings but are made from a rigid engineering plastic. The doors close easily with a solid thunk, No more rattles when driving over the reflectors that litter the roads in southern Florida.
