Looking for a quality coilover to get your ride height in check and improve driving characteristics at the same time? Not trying to break the bank with 75 way adjustable coilovers that you aren't likely to touch after the first drive? The goal of the Sportive suspension is provide great ride quality, sharp handling, all while sitting at a lowered ride height.
The Sportive use 6kg/mm front springs, 5kg/mm rear springs, and are paired fixed damping twin-tube dampers.
The out of the box ride height setting is about 13.0″ Front and Rear
The Sportive damper valving were developed in house at our UK R&D workshop, and are matched to the paired springs rate.
Ride quality of the Sportive will be supple, compliant, and will ride well over uneven road surfaces.
It won’t be as responsive as the mono-tube dampers used on the MeisterR ZetaCRD, but will certainly feel much more controlled than OEM.
One would say the Sportive would be an “OEM+” option, sporty performance but certainly not track dedicated.
The Sportive suspension will come with aluminum top mounts pre-assembled (Rear top mounts are extended), ready to be mounted on the car out of the box.
The damper bodies are electroplated to enhance corrosion resistance.
Bump stop, rubber dust cover, and 1-year warranty are included.

bang for your buck
I have an 07 NC1 with 100k miles on the chassis and have had these installed for a year now
These do not market themselves as track focused (only ride height and preload is adjustable, the manual suggests not messing with preload) however on my car they have done 7 track days and are showing no red flags (aside for the dust boots not staying on)
how hard these ride depends on the ride height chosen, I measured ride height from the top of the tire to the wheel arch and with 1.25 inches front and 1.5 inches rear these soak up bumps almost as well as the OEM Bilstein's but these cure the NC1's boaty stock handling
Dampening is not adjustable but it feels like it's already in the sweet spot on track and when commuting so I don't consider a negative
would recommend for your budget minded build
