The complete NB 1.8 turbo kit from ISR, with the RS T25/28 turbo in the box. Schedule 10 bottom-mount manifold, 304 stainless exhaust components, chassis-specific intercooler with bracket and polished piping, AFM-delete intake, and the full AN oil/water/drain plumbing with the 10AN pan bung — a bolt-on hardware package for the 1999-2005 BP 1.8. ISR reports 210 rear-wheel horsepower at 8 psi from this setup on a completely stock BP 1.8.
The kit is designed for an aftermarket ECU on a MAP sensor, so engine management and tuning are the other half of the build — and intercooler routing needs a 2.5-inch hole drilled. Sort the tune with us before you sort the boost controller.
