This is the hardware half of a turbo build for the NA 1.6: ISR's turbo kit with the manifold, intercooler, piping, downpipe and plumbing included, and no turbocharger — so you can pick the T25/T28 you actually want. The manifold is a schedule 10 tubular bottom-mount piece, the exhaust-side components are 304 stainless, and the intercooler is chassis-specific with its own mounting bracket and polished aluminum piping.
Plan the build around it properly: the kit is designed for an aftermarket ECU on a MAP sensor, the intercooler routing requires drilling a 2.5-inch hole, and the drain line welds to the factory oil pan with the included 10AN bung. Engine management and the turbo itself are on you — talk to us about tuning before you turn it up.
