FAQ

What do I need for a live tuning session?

A laptop with your tuning software installed and licensed, working datalogging, your mod list (intake, header/exhaust, injectors, fuel, forced induction), and a car in good running condition, fully warmed up. Join from a computer so you can share your screen.

Do I book before I buy the live session?

Yes — pick your date and time on the booking calendar first, then purchase the session. Your booking and order are matched by name and email.

Which ECU does the N1 package work with?

The factory Mazda ECU, flashed with VersaTuner. If you're on a standalone (Haltech, MegaSquirt, AMP EFI), book a live tuning session instead.

Can I buy more than one hour of live tuning?

Yes — add additional hours to your cart if your build needs more session time.
