The complete NA 1.6 turbo kit from ISR, turbo included: the RS T25/28, a schedule 10 tubular bottom-mount manifold, 304 stainless exhaust components, a chassis-specific intercooler with bracket and polished piping, and the full AN oil and water plumbing with a 10AN weld bung for the factory oil pan. Nothing to piece together on the hardware side.
What the kit doesn't include is engine management — it's designed for an aftermarket ECU on a MAP sensor, and intercooler routing requires drilling a 2.5-inch hole. Get the tune sorted before you lean on it; that's a conversation we're set up for at Fab9.
