A very clean execution to a generational problem for your 90-05 Miata. These systems are PNP for the 94-05 chassis, 90-93 are installed with a simple 4 wire, hard wired connection. These are indeed compatible with your STOCK ECU and your plethora of aftermarket ECU's.
Coil-on-Plug conversions:
- Compatible with NA/NB Stand alone and Factory ECU.
- Can be installed as wasted spark or full sequential (full sequential prospects should order them accordingly.
- Wiring instructions included for each configuration
- Includes Denso IK27 plugs
- Tested to 430whp without CDI box
- CDI compatible for higher boost applications
Tach adapter COULD be needed for the 95.5 and earlier Miata that has upgraded to our Coil On Plug System with the factory ECU. If you install your coil on plug kit on these years and the car starts, but turns off after a couple of seconds, you'll need the TACH ADAPTER.

Clean Install, better spark
The most difficult part of the installation is getting the old coil system out. Once you have that done the installation of the Fab9 system is straight forward and simple. I'm getting a better spark across the power band and much less detonation at lower RPM's in higher gears. It feels like it has a stronger pull from a lower RPM range right up to redline.

Great product
Could not be easier, took about one hour to install, I already had the old misfiring coil pack out. Installed the COP and even thought the car had been sitting for a month started on the first crank. Smoother idle, more power. Thanks Fab9Tuning for a great product

Beautiful Construction, Simple Installation
This product is well built and installation was a breeze. Everything came out and went in, in less than 30 minutes. I had a no-start condition after installing and it was quickly resolved.

The COIL Nightmare is over
After going thru 5 coils & frying 3 cats, I finally stumbled upon FAB9's COP solution. Installation took about 30 minutes and is plug and play. I highly suggest you follow the instructions and mount the unit to the firewall to dissipate the heat. I don't think the car has EVER run this well. Thank you Bryan!
