There aren't many intake systems we recommend for the ND Miata. After spending time on our dyno with the AFE system, it's changed our hearts. It's a true cold air intake in every sense of the word and it actually makes more power when the MAF position is tuned. That being said, you must let us know you're running this intake when we tune your car!

This system is completely PNP. No cutting or wiring. It includes the filter, housing, MAF housing and all associated hardware. 

Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter:
Momentum’s innovative filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 7-1/2” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. Our Pro 5R media provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air, usually resulting in the highest power gains out of all our filter media options. This media is perfect for street and/or track use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals.

Unique One-Piece Housing:
The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design resembles the original Miata logo and minimizes the total number of parts used. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. An auxiliary air inlet can be used, or closed with a supplied plug.
