Keep Your Intake System Cleaner

The Fab9 Tuning Air Oil Separator (AOS) is engineered specifically for the 2006-2015 NC MX-5 Miata to reduce the amount of oil vapor entering your intake system through the factory PCV circuit.

During normal engine operation, the PCV system carries crankcase vapors back into the intake manifold. Along with those vapors comes a fine oil mist that eventually coats intake runners, throttle bodies, intercoolers, and intake valves. Over time this buildup can reduce efficiency and leave unwanted residue throughout your induction system.

The Fab9 Air Oil Separator intercepts these vapors, allowing oil droplets to separate before the cleaned air is returned to the intake. The collected oil remains inside the separator where it can be quickly drained during routine maintenance.

Whether your NC is naturally aspirated, turbocharged, or supercharged, keeping oil contamination out of the intake is an important step toward maintaining a cleaner induction system.

Unlike universal catch cans that require fabrication, the Fab9 system is designed around the NC chassis for a clean, OEM-style installation.

The separator is mounted securely while remaining easily accessible for periodic draining, making maintenance simple without removing the entire assembly.
