Fitment was "ok" on my 1992 miata
The panel came into contact with my hood latch, preventing it from moving freely. Some grinding and filing fixed it right up.

Radiator diversion panel
I got this panel after looking at several others and found this one to be very nice for the price. Stainless steel construction and included all the hardware. The holes in the panel were a little too big though, something I solved with a quick trip to the hardware store to get some stainless washers. It fits well and looks great, and does what it needs to.

Looks great, installs in 10 minutes!
Pros: Simple, easy installation, looks great in my engine bay. Installs in less than 15 minutes, and it takes that long only if you fumble around looking for the right sockets.
Cons: The washers included were too big for the screws included, the holes don't line up just perfectly (the frontmost couple are a mm or two off so without proper washers, there's a gap around the screw head. Screw holes are just a few thousandths too big, but small enough that the screw heads don't fall through. Tight fit with a larger aftermarket radiator.
The only reason it took me 10 minutes to install was because I had to find a 14mm socket to loosen the larger Mishimoto radiator I have. The fitting is tight with an aftermarket radiator, but it installs quickly and looks beautiful in the engine bay.
